最近,《美国心脏协会杂志》(JAHA)刊登中美科学家的一项联合研究发现,喝茶可以有效促进心血管健康。

美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学华人学者高翔教授和河北唐山市开滦,总医院吴寿岭教授所领导的团队,对8万多人进行了为期6年的随访研究。他们发现,长期坚持饮茶的人HDL-C水平(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)自然流失更慢,心血管疾病的风险降低8%。也就是说,喝茶可以有效缓解心血管疾病。

新加坡国立大学的研究人员发现,经常喝茶可以降低老年痴呆的风险。

2、降低2型糖尿病风险

     高翔教授和吴寿岭教授所领导的团队研究发现,绿茶和红茶中所含茶多酚和儿茶素的抗炎作用都比较强,但绿茶延缓“好胆固醇”下降的作用比红茶略胜一筹,效果最弱的是花果茶,因为它们的茶多酚和咖啡因的含量少于绿茶和红茶。效果最强的是茯茶,因为它们富含对人体有益的珍贵“金花菌”而闻名,更是民间青睐的一种防病茶,茯茶至少具有九大独特养生功效,既抗氧化、提高免疫力还调节肠道菌群、降三高、抗癌。
