数学新教师考核课小结


为了及时了解新教师课堂的真实状态,帮助新教师更好的规范教学,尽快提高教学水平和技能。4月15日,区教研员王虎老师到大坪小学对今年新入职教师进行了新岗教师考核课的听评课活动,副校长何毅、数学教研组长胡琳主任、袁懿主任、以及一年级全体数学教师也参加了本次活动。课堂上,两位新岗教师教态从容,熟练运用多媒体课件辅助教学,讲解仔细,学生们精神饱满,积极回答问题,参与听课的各位老师听得非常认真,时不时在笔记本上写下自己的评课意见和感受。

第一节是陈科老师执教的《比多少》,陈老师通过猜球㈉游戏引入课题,激起学生探究的欲望。接着,结合操作过程,引导学生进行估计,培养学生的观察、分析、表达能力。在比较球多少的过程中,通过启发式教学,让学生亲历知识的形成过程,对新知识的用法更加清晰,也感受到数学与生活的密切Б联系。练习环节题目设置有梯度有趣味,最后在猜数游戏中学生恋恋不舍的结束了课堂。

第二节课是喻玲晨老师执教的《认识人民币》,喻老师从学生已有的生活经验和感性认识设置情境,详细辨别1元人民币,让学生掌握认识人民币的特征。通过创设买1元铅笔的情境,让学生用不同的方法付1元钱,自然地总结出“1元 = 10角”,并由此类推出“1角 = 10分”。最后从国徽、了解货币的演变让学生对人民币有了更深地认识,同时也加强了学生的爱国教育。

课后,区教研员王虎老师与新岗教师进行了面对面交流。首先,王虎老师对这两位新岗教师的学科素养和课堂把控能力进行了肯定,同时对大坪小学的学生素质给予了高度的评价,接着结合课堂教学分别进行了点评。

王虎老师首先肯定了陈老师教Í自然大方,语言干净亲切,课堂把控到位,教学设计层次表现优秀。同时也对《比多少》这节课提出了指导性意见,在课堂上,可以小步子s和大步子结合,一面课堂环节紧紧相扣,另一方面,也给学生更宽广的思维空间,更好的落实深度教学。王虎老师悉心指导,鼓励陈老师再接再厉,磨练、实践就是最好的老师。

对于《认识人民币》这节课,王虎老师肯定了喻老师非常有亲和力,教学目标清晰,善于抓学生的课堂生成,关注学生的回答。同时也提出了非常宝贵的建议:在课前可以更加关注不同学生的知识起点;在辨别人民币时不拘泥于看数字和单位,也可以看颜色、形状、大小等因素。王虎老师细致入微,针对每个细节都做了很好的剖析,对喻老师今后如何更好地实施教学指引了方向,拓宽了视野。

㈈最后王虎老师鼓励两位新岗教师在新入职前三年⌛要敢于亮相,大胆展示自己,并抓住课堂这个中心点,夯实学科基础。到位的点评、专业的引领,让两位新岗教师获益匪浅。

此次对新岗教师的考核课指导活动,让新岗教师得到了专业的课堂教学的指导,明确了努力的方向,也感受到了区教研中心和学校各级领导对新岗教师的关怀。两位新岗教师纷纷表示,在接下来的教学工作中多学习,多反思,多实践,不断提高自身的教育教学水あ平,尽快成为学校教学能手。
